Just a beautiful slate of college hoops in store on a Friday --- and it's a loaded card from yours truly!

Florida State vs Central Florida
Under 144.5 -110
A very ugly night for the Seminoles will look to be forgotten, and it is a similar situation for UCF —— as both of these programs took UGLY losses on night number one that they’ll hope to quickly forget by picking up a win here. But I’m not particularly interested in the side, though if I had to lean it would be toward the Seminoles. Regardless, fresh off the heels of Florida State, somehow, someway, allowing Stetson to make it rain —- exploding for 83 points on 14-35 from the land beyond, I expect a much more measured and focused effort out of Leanord Hamilton’s side. While injuries are certainly hampering this team early, they were much too turnover prone on night one. This allowed Stetson to find open looks in transition from outside —- I do not expect those same looks to be available today.

And on the otherside is a Central Florida team who is consistently and routinely outside the top 150 in pace or possessions — and themselves are struggling with injuries and turnover. They lost to UNC Asheville, which wasn’t any more flattering than the one FSU suffered, and I just can’t foresee either team being in a groove offensively.

A Janky, congested, hard-defended game is what I see on the cards —- and with my projection of having this number around 138 without all the surrounding circumstances —- I’ll happily limbo under this total.
